Terms of Use
Last updated 5 June 2026
These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and Triforce Logic for using PageFeed. By using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them short because PageFeed is a simple, free reading app.
1. The service
PageFeed is a scroll-free, paginated RSS reader provided by Triforce Logic ("we", "us"). It lets you subscribe to web feeds and read their content in a paginated reader, on the web and in our iOS and Android apps. PageFeed is currently free to use.
2. Accounts
You can use PageFeed without an account. If you create one to sync across devices, you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live). You can delete your account at any time from within the app — see our Support page.
3. Acceptable use
Please use PageFeed lawfully. You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated means to abuse the feed-fetching proxy or to scrape the service at a scale that degrades it for others.
4. Third-party content
PageFeed displays content from the feeds and websites you choose to add. That content belongs to its publishers, not to us, and is subject to their own terms and copyright. We don't create, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content, and we provide it on an as-available basis — feeds can change, move, or disappear at any time.
5. Our intellectual property
The PageFeed app, its name, design, and software are owned by Triforce Logic. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PageFeed for your own reading, in line with these terms and any applicable app-store terms.
6. Paid subscriptions
PageFeed does not currently offer paid subscriptions. If we introduce them, any auto-renewing subscription will be billed through your app store (Apple or Google), will renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your app-store account settings. We'll publish the specific pricing, billing, and renewal terms here before any paid plan goes live.
7. No warranty
PageFeed is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feed will always load.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triforce Logic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of PageFeed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Changes & termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it. We may also update these terms; if we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders. Continuing to use PageFeed after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using PageFeed and delete your account at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
